Happy Valley Baptist Church, Carlsbad, is seeking a pastor who is either bi-vocational or retired for our small, close-knit, church family. He must have a heart for God, agree with the Baptist Faith and Message, preach the truth of scripture straight from the Bible, and love Southern Gospel Music. Our current Pastor is retiring at the end of February 2026, so we need someone ready to start March 1st, 2026.
