Bi-vocational Pastor Vacancy CENTRAL BAPTIST CHURCH 1611 2ND AVENUE, OPELIKA, AL 36801 Central Baptist Church, located in Opelika, Alabama is prayerfully seeking to fill the position of Bi-vocational Pastor. We are a Southern Baptist church rooted in faith, fellowship and the desire to expand our reach and impact within and beyond our community. We are a small congregation with an average of 35 to 40 people, mostly seniors, with a great capacity for growth. We are seeking a candidate who possesses a seminary degree; a minimum of three years of experience; who is born again and has a personal testimony of his personal conversion and commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior; meets biblical qualifications for an elder (1 Timothy 3; Titus 1; 1 Peter 5:1-4), and, has strong leadership skills and abilities.
