Job Overview

We are prayerfully seeking a bi-vocational pastor who is passionate about making disciples and leading a tight-knit church family toward spiritual health and growth. We are a small faithful congregation with deep roots (est. 1854) and a strong desire to see our church thrive in this next season.

We're not looking for perfection-we're looking for a pastor with a heart to follow Jesus and desire to love people well. Key qualities we value:

A love for Scripture and the ability to teach it clearly and compellingly, helping others grow in their faith

A passion for evangelism and outreach-both locally and beyond the church walls

Job Description

Lead the church spiritually through preaching, teaching discipleship and prayer

Create a culture of grace, unity and spiritual growth where people feel like they truly belong

Provide pastoral care-walking with people through life's ups and downs with empathy and presence

Participate in board meetings and Vice Chair or Chair (TBD)

Approx 20-25 hours per week of ministry time (flexible and open to discussion)4
