Job Description: Bi-Vocational Youth Pastor

Position Summary

We're seeking a motivated youth pastor with a building/growing mentality, that will take responsibility to reach & equip students with specific focus on discipleship, evangelism, and fellowship. The pastor will plan, coordinate and evaluate ministries to Middle School and High School students, grades 6-12. Will give leadership to ministries that include vision, encouragement to parents of students and leadership development for student leaders and adult leaders who serve in these ministries.
