· Sense a calling to serve in Youth Ministry

Youth Leader Responsibilities

· Manages youth budget

· Recruits, Schedules, and Trains volunteers

· Confirms compliance with Child Protection laws

o All leaders and volunteers must pass background check

· Plans Youth Events

· Leads Youth Meetings and other Activities

o Seeks to make disciples of youth by sharing the gospel

o Develops relationships with parents and siblings of youth

o Ministers to Youth and Families in our community
