Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma
• Have some type of seminary training
• Have leadership Skills
• Not required but preferred to be married

Highview Baptist Church is a Southern Baptist Church. We appreciate for our pastor to know and teach the Bible as God reached the people. We do not believe in Calvinism, but do not judge who does. We strive for our pastor to be involved in our church with other than preaching on Sundays and Wednesdays, but to be involved in festivals, small groups, events, coming/preaching at funerals, also visiting members in the church that could be home bound or in the hospital.
