Campus Pastors are responsible for the pastoral ministry of their campus. At Community Life Church, everyone is part of the bigger team. Campus pastors will work with a campus specific team as well as with a team of other campus pastors.

Pastoral Care

Provide / Coordinate care of the sick Visit in hospital when appropriate Provide for needs of family Notify appropriate caregivers (ie....staff members, cg's, etc.) Provide / Coordinate care for family of bereaved Help Coordinate funeral arrangements where needed Provide for needs of family Look for additional ways to serve the family Notify appropriate caregivers (ie....staff members, cg's, etc.) Attend funerals of attendees and their close family members when possible Develop relationships with attendees through regular interaction (ie.. lunches, breakfasts, coffees, etc...) Provide pastoral counseling as appropriate and be prepared to make referrals when needed Recurrent givers Develop and execute plan for connecting to lapsed givers Develop and execute plan to connect with 1st, 2nd and 3rd time givers in an effort to get them more deeply connected and serving on the campus

Connection Ministry

Growth Track Develop and implement a Marketing Plan Recruit, equip, resource, and maintain a Growth Track Dream Team Be responsible for Growth Track attendance and follow up Accurately track important Growth Track metrics CG's Recruit, equip, resource and maintain CG leaders Maintain consistent communication with CG leaders Develop and implement strategies to recruit new leaders / start new groups Develop and implement strategies to help new attenders connect with groups Develop and implement strategies for major CG series Accurately track important CG metrics Men's and Women's Bible Study Develop and implement strategies / plan for Men's Bible Study Support Women's ministry as they provide Bible Study / ministry to women

Outreach

Develop and implement strategies to attract new attenders Develop and implement strategies to follow up with first time guests Be active / develop a presence at community events

Dream Team

Recruit, equip, resource, and maintain "Host Team" Dream Team Develop and maintain roster for all Host Team positions Put team members in the best position for their success as well as the success of the team (ie....think through who would be best as "first impression" people and recruit / assign accordingly Develop and implement "Host Team" plan that enables team to provide a "first class" experience for all attenders. Insure the Dream Team is made up of the varied demographics from across the campus Assist Evangelism Pastor in recruiting, equipping, resourcing, and maintaining "Prayer Partners" to provide for the Prayer Ministry on campus.

Staff Culture

Support and model overall c|Life culture / values with all campus staff Provide regular campus staff meetings to handle specific issues Look for ways to serve, support, and encourage campus staff Stay informed on the needs / opportunities / difficulties of Next Gen ministries. Provide "dotted line" accountability for campus staff Provide feedback with campus staff Direct Supervisors where appropriate

Maintain excellence in campus facilities

Be responsible for all aspects of physical campus needs and appearance Coordinate routine maintenance with appropriate vendors / staff / Dream Teamers Coordinate needed repairs with vendors Report maintenance needs that are unbudgeted to supervising co-pastor for approval Maintain up to date "Campus Checklist" with items that need attention Work with staff and dream teamers to keep facilities orderly, organized and excellent in appearance. Maintain systems and services (coffee cups, signage, etc) that need to be consistent across campuses. Any deviation must first be approved by the Campus Pastor Management Lead.
