Campus Pastor

Job Overview

Covenant Church and the Campus Pastor role in a nutshell.

We are looking for a proven leader who has the heart and experience to lead our Washington Campus and it’s mission to the surrounding community. Central to this role is equipping and developing people (campus staff and volunteer teammates) and shaping a holistic church that effectively ministers to those who call Washington home. We desire to become a movement of people who live and love like Jesus, and our Campus Pastor must help us cultivate a church culture that glorifies God and points us toward reflecting God’s story to a hurting world. We have no aspirations of being a trendy church, rather we want to be humble and authentic people who live out the Gospel 7-days a week in the ways we love our neighbors, the hurting, and the people in our spheres of influence for the sake of discipleship. We need a leader who believes our weekend services are the starting line, not the finish line. If this connects with you, we are excited to begin the conversation.
