Epikos Church was launched in 2005 by a small group of people who shared a common vision to make more and better disciples. What once began in a small apartment on the east side has now grown into a multi-ethnic, multigenerational church meeting in three campuses throughout the city. Today, we still hold true to the vision that started the church but with fresh language.

Our mission is to equip and encourage all people to trust in Jesus, become like Jesus, and do what Jesus did. Our vision is to reach every neighborhood to see the gospel redeem and renew lives. Our values are to be rooted in the Word, relevant in our faith, and being relational in diverse community. By celebrating our differences and uniting around the gospel, we believe God is using Epikos to transform lives and impact our city. Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong gift for teaching and a passion for serving as a campus pastor rather than aspiring to a lead pastor role. They should bring experience with multisite ministry or fully support a video-driven campus model. This individual will embody a balance of confident leadership and deep humility, working collaboratively with volunteers eager to innovate and central and campus staff committed to advancing the church'S mission. They will be a true team player, navigating diverse perspectives while fostering unity and momentum in pursuing shared goals.
