Baptist Search Partners is excited to partner with First Baptist Church in Alpharetta, GA to find their next Hickory Flat Campus Pastor.
About the Vision
Hickory Flat represents the first bold step in First Baptist Alpharetta's long-term vision to multiply gospel influence through a multi-site strategy. Since its launch in September 2024, this campus has already grown to nearly 300 weekly attenders and is alive with the energy of young families and new ministry opportunities. With the full support of the entire church—through prayer, people, resources, and most importantly, with God's unmistakable blessing—Hickory Flat has become a beacon of gospel transformation in its community. This Pastor will have the unique opportunity to lead a thriving campus, shepherd a growing congregation, and help carry forward a vision that reaches far beyond Hickory Flat to impact generations with the hope of Christ.
About the Church
First Baptist Alpharetta is a church that is biblically faithful, committed to gospel sharing, relationally driven, and highly engaged in their community. This 120-year-old church is now experiencing a season of revitalization and rapid growth. At the heart of everything is the mission: to lead people to Know Jesus, Discover Hope, Experience Family, and Live Sent in pursuit of a Jesus-centered life.
In September, the church launched its "Multiply" initiative which aims to purchase land for the Hickory Flat campus, begin a Thursday evening service at the Alpharetta campus, plant ten churches in ten years, and increase their emphasis on sharing Christ and baptizing new believers. Staff and volunteers serve shoulder to shoulder, united around a vision to see lives transformed and the gospel multiplied across North Georgia and beyond.
