Job Overview

The Campus Pastor will serve the West Linn congregation by preaching, equipping, praying, and shepherding. They will work with a congregational Elder Team and an Executive Team serving the whole church.

We are replacing a pastor who has served 30 years and will remain as Lead Pastor for the entire church. We are realigning our staff positions to better position the church to plant new churches.

We support the Campus Pastor with central services that entail bookkeeping, website maintenance, ordering, printing, insurance, budgeting, buildings, and more. Our goal is to support the small congregation with large church resources. This will be a good opportunity for someone who wants to be a pastor without the CEO responsibilities. We are serious about the campus pastor preaching, shepherding, and equipping the congregation.
