The Campus Worship Leader is responsible for leading the weekend worship experience, and the teams that make it happen at their assigned campus within the overall global vision and strategy of Bell Shoals Church.

Ministry Expectations

• Shepherd and care for the weekend worship experience by prayerfully scheduling the band, vocalists, and production teams for all worship services in PCO.

• Update/maintain the local PCO order to be aligned with the Global PCO order.

• Shepherd the local congregation as the primary worship leader during weekend services.

• Engage in regular communication and prayer with the campus pastor regarding all aspects of the weekend service, seeking God's guidance together.

• Download and make sure all Ableton sessions are ready for the weekend no later than Thursday afternoon for Thursday night rehearsal.

• Shepherd the worship and production volunteers.

• Be an active participant in the monthly Weekend Planning meeting.

• Make sure all bases are covered for Sunday (lighting op, stagehand, audio, Resi Stream, etc).

General

• Participate in the Worship Ministry beyond the area of music by contributing ideas and input across all areas of the weekend and creative ministries.

• Build meaningful relationships with members of all ministry areas to better communicate the mission of the church.

• Be a staff member that has a commitment to excellence, heart to serve, spirit of humility, conviction to lead, focus on team, culture of fun, and passion for people.

Personal Expectations

• Strong work ethic and personal integrity.

• Maintain God-ordained priorities in your life by putting Jesus Christ first, your spouse second, your children third, and your ministry fourth.

• Be loyal to the vision and staff and always protect the unity of Bell Shoals Church.

• Invest in and invite the lost to know Jesus and to get plugged into Bell Shoals Church.

• Give sacrificially to the ministry of Bell Shoals Church.

• Adhere and teach in accordance with the 2000 Baptist Faith and Message
