Job Description

The CEO of SparkHope is responsible for advancing the organization's mission, setting strategic direction in partnership with the board, and ensuring financial health and programmatic impact. The role includes overseeing the staff and volunteers, cultivating donor and community relationships, and representing SparkHope with external stakeholders. The CEO must balance vision and daily operations—guiding program development, fiscal management, fundraising, and communications—while fostering a culture aligned with SparkHope's values. Ultimately, the CEO ensures that SparkHope delivers on its purpose and achieves measurable outcomes that serve its community.
