Global Disciples is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization into the next era of growth and impact. In partnership with the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will implement a strategic plan to expand the ministry's reach while also ensuring long-term organizational success. Additionally, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will oversee daily operations, champion a healthy organizational culture, foster team development, and ensure financial sustainability. A seasoned professional, the ability to represent the organization well and build strong relationships both internally and externally is essential to the role. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with strong operational skills and a heart for advancing the gospel of Jesus Christ globally.
