The Chief Ministry Officer's responsibilities include:

Manage Non-Profit Relationships

  • Oversee and cultivate relationships with leaders of 15-25 local non-profits to enhance collaboration and resource sharing.

Evaluate Partnership Efficacy

  • Assess current partners and explore potential new collaborations to ensure alignment with community needs and mission goals.

Resource Allocation

  • Strategically funnel significant financial resources to partner organizations to support their community initiatives effectively.

Volunteer Coordination

  • Facilitate and empower volunteers from our 4,000+ membership base to actively serve in local non-profits on a consistent basis.

Community Service Events Management

  • Oversee large-scale community service initiatives, such as the Back to School Better event, ensuring successful execution and participation.

Identify Community Needs

  • Conduct assessments to identify the most pressing needs within the city and coordinate efforts among leading non-profits to meet those needs effectively.

In-House Service Programs

  • Establish and manage a rotating service program that provides essential resources (e.g., clothing, food, job assistance) to underserved populations, all while adhering to the principles of ‘when helping hurts.'

Crisis Response Leadership

  • Spearhead emergency efforts during local crises, such as hurricanes or severe weather events, to ensure rapid and effective community support.

Job Description

The Chief Ministry Officer will play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration between our organization and the local non-profit sector.

This individual will leverage strong relationship management skills to oversee and enhance partnerships with 15-25 local non-profits, ensuring they receive the necessary financial and volunteer support to maximize their impact in the community.

The CMO will strategically identify pressing community needs and mobilize resources to address them through innovative service initiatives. From coordinating significant community service events like Back to School Better to managing emergency response efforts during crises, the CMO will embody a true servant leadership philosophy, driving community engagement while ensuring alignment with our mission of holistic support.
