First Baptist Church of Clermont, Florida is hiring a Children's Director to lead our Children's Ministry. The role focuses on evangelism, spiritual formation, and organizing programs such as AWANA, VBS, and Kid's Connect. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, strong relational and organizational skills, and experience in children's ministry. Responsibilities include developing long-term vision, recruiting and mentoring leaders, and providing counseling and spiritual direction to children and parents.

The candidates purpose in this position is to honor God by leading the Children's Ministry of First Baptist Church Clermont with the goal that each child will trust Christ as their personal Savior and on to spiritual maturity.
