We are seeking a Full-Time Children's Director, who possesses the following:

Belief in the in errancy of the Bible

Theological alignment with the 2000 Baptist Faith and Message

Proven skills in teaching and outreach

The ability to provide quality interaction with parents, staff, and leaders

Effective writing and verbal communication skills

Personal computer skills

Willingness to allocate at least an average of 40 hours per week to this position
