Children's Minister Chinese Baptist Church of Orange County Anaheim, CA Full Time / Part Time Job Description Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the children's ministry from birth to 6th grade and its ministry team.
• Act as administrator of existing Sunday morning and Friday night programs.
• Evangelize by sharing the love of Jesus with the children of our church and community.
• Cultivate an environment where children can grow in their faith
• Develop programs to equip parents to disciple their children.
• Manage the ministry budget so it effectively and wisely utilizes church resources and maximizes ministry opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Born-again Christian, called by God to serve in full-time ministry
• Bachelor's degree in children/family ministries or similar.
• Experience in teaching or leading children's ministry.
• Subscribes to the Southern Baptist faith and message.
