The Minister of Children is responsible to the church, assisted by the minister of Discipleship, for developing and administering a comprehensive program of children's ministry.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Work with Staff and Nominating Committee to enlist volunteers in all children's programs. This includes children's small groups and ministry teams.

• Work with Budget & Finance Committee to establish financial needs for the children's department.

• Initiate the planning and conducting of special projects, camps, and retreats for children's ministry.

• Develop an ongoing visitation program for children and their families.

• Share the gospel with as many children as possible.

• Organize (as needed) and conduct a weekly Children's Church.

• This is a part-time position.
