The Children's Ministry Coordinator (CMC) plays a pivotal role in nurturing the spiritual growth and development of children and students within our community, primarily those over the age of 5. The CMC will work closely alongside the Associate Pastor over family ministries and the Preschool Ministry Coordinator (PMC) to oversee the operations and direction of Grace Bible Church's family ministry (i.e., children, students, and their parents) and events.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about cultivating an engaging curriculum, providing theological and pedagogical guidance, and fostering meaningful connections with volunteers, parents, and children. He/she will lead the execution of Sunday morning and Wednesday night children's services and volunteers for children over the age of 5 and develop plans for integrated fellowship between member families with the assistance of the PMC. He/she will work to develop, distribute, and teach discipleship materials and programs for families at GBC. Finally, the CMC will lead the equipping of existing volunteers while also engaging new ones.
