Highland Baptist Church is located in Redmond, Oregon. HBC is seeking a Jesus focused Children's Ministry Director. HBC is a vibrant and healthy church located in the heart of Central Oregon. Our current Children's Ministry Director has retired, and we are seeking to replace her in this important ministry position. Sunday morning worship services attendance is usually around 750 with approximately 120 children in attendance on Sunday mornings. HBC is a growing multi-generational church with many new young families with school aged children, that desire to get involved in our church and various ministries. The Children's Ministry Director is a full-time, salaried position and is part of the ministry team consisting of Lead pastor, Worship pastor, Youth pastor as well as Men's and Women's ministry directors. In addition to the ministry team, HBC has incredible support in communications, technology, publications, and ministry assistance.
