The posting is for a full time Children's Director or Pastor. We are even willing to consider part time, which would adjust the potential pay. The number one thing we are looking for is a person of godly character that is above reproach. We firmly believe that a person that is continually being transformed by God is a faithful servant who can lead children and their families into a deeply devoted relationship with God. We are passionate about disciple making, and want to call not just children but also adults to the high standard of following Jesus. We are praying for a person who can develop leaders among the volunteers and equip those volunteers with whom God is setting apart for ministry, so that they can be launched into ministry at our church or another assignment. The church is a vibrant church that is over 200 years old. We average around 500 in our worship services, with children's ministry that runs a little over 100.
