Our church is prayerfully seeking for a man to serve as our Children's Pastor. Hill Crest is a vibrant fellowship of people that the Lord is using. The church has had part-time directors in recent years in the children's area and has recognized the need for much more attention and time in this ministry. The church averages 600+ in worship and around 55-70 children. If you are a male called to children's ministry; a self-starter who is great at building a ministry with vision and direction; want to be part of a great staff team and ready to go to work, then this a ministry opportunity is worth your prayerful consideration. Ideally, a candidate will have at least a bachelor's degree in theological education and no less than 3-5 years experience in children ministry.
