First Baptist Church of Kernersville, North Carolina, is seeking a part-time Children & Youth Program Coordinator. This is an hourly position, working approximately 20 hours per week with a salary based on experience. The person in this position will work closely with children and youth program volunteers to plan and coordinate programming and activities. Candidates must exhibit integrity, maturity, and work in a spirit of teamwork and cooperation with the church's ministerial and support staff as well as the congregation's leadership. Candidates must be strong in their Christian faith, love children and families, have planning and organizational skills, and be personable.
