The church administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the church. This can include everything from managing the finances to overseeing the maintenance of the church building and property.

Duties may include:

 managing employee and congregation records  coordinating volunteers  scheduling meetings  taking minutes  updating the church website  sending email newsletters  preparing the budget  paying the bills  processing contributions  church group meetings  weddings  funerals  concerts  conferences The Church Administrator is the one who keeps everything running smoothly—so that the pastor and elders can focus on ministering to the needs of the congregation.

Experience:

–Ideally, we need someone who has administrative experience working in a church or a similar organization.

-Strong organization and planning skills.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
