Duties may include:
managing employee and congregation records coordinating volunteers scheduling meetings taking minutes updating the church website sending email newsletters preparing the budget paying the bills processing contributions church group meetings weddings funerals concerts conferences The Church Administrator is the one who keeps everything running smoothly—so that the pastor and elders can focus on ministering to the needs of the congregation.Experience:
–Ideally, we need someone who has administrative experience working in a church or a similar organization.
-Strong organization and planning skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
