Looking for a dedicated Behavioral Health Professional with a passion for leadership and Christ-centered behavioral health care. Home of Grace Counseling, a Christ-centric practice, is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead and inspire the team in delivering exceptional, Christ-centered counseling services to the community.

Position Overview As the Clinical Director, one will oversee clinical operations, ensure quality care, and support a team of clinicians in providing ethical, Christ-centered counseling services. This is a key leadership role where one's expertise will shape the future of the practice and the lives Home of Grace Counseling Arizona serves.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of therapists.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical standards, ethical practices, and state regulations.
• Oversee program development, including the integration of Christ-centered initiatives.
• Facilitate regular case consultations and staff training to enhance clinical competencies.
• Manage the development of evidence-based, Christ-centered counseling services.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and growth initiatives.
• Maintain a caseload of clients to stay connected to direct care.

Qualifications

• Licensed behavioral health professional in the state of Arizona.(Psy.D, LCSW,LPC,etc.)
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong alignment with and commitment to Home of Grace Counseling's Christ-centered mission.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience in program development and staff training preferred.
