Key Responsibilities: Preach and teach the Word of God during weekly services and Bible studies. Provide spiritual leadership, pastoral care, and counseling to members. Lead in outreach and evangelism efforts within the community. Officiate weddings, funerals, baptisms, and other church ordinances. Collaborate with church leadership and support ministry teams. Guide the church in vision, growth, and discipleship. Qualifications: Meet the pastor/elder qualifications listed in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1. A clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and a life aligned with a biblical worldview. Ordained and in good standing with a Southern Baptist Church. Strong preaching and teaching skills rooted in Scripture. Prior pastoral or ministry leadership experience preferred. A heart for rural ministry and community engagement.
