TRCC's College & Young Adult Pastor/Director is responsible for leading and equipping individuals aged 18-25 to become effective disciple-makers. This role emphasizes guiding young adults in their spiritual growth by demonstrating how to love God, love others, and impact the world. As the primary leader of TRCC's college and young adult ministry, The Gathering, this position plays a pivotal role in fostering discipleship, spiritual maturity, and community engagement among this age group.
