Job Description
Leadership and Professional Standards:

To work closely with the CEO, Head of School, and Principal of the School in active collaboration to see the objectives and purpose of the School fulfilled.

To model the Core Values of Faith, Collaboration, Excellence and Service.

Regularly collaborate with senior administration and other departments to communicate the mission, vision, and core values of IASP.

Keep staff aware of projects, updated information, and changes in policy, in conjunction with senior administration.
b) Communications

Coordinate all external school communications to ensure clarity and consistency.

Oversee the messaging and content of all school branding materials which includes, but not limited to: newsletters, videos, social media, websites, press releases, community bulletins, annual reports and any other materials.

Collect digital media suitable for public consumption and publication.

Manage all branding, social media accounts, and websites owned or operated by IASP.

Build and maintain a database of contacts.
c) Recruiting:

Act as lead recruiter in coordination with the CEO and Head of School.

Develop a recruitment strategy and overhaul all recruitment related content.
