In this hands-on role, you will manage and implement content creation across all of MarriageTeam's communication channels, including digital, print, and social media. You will lead the execution of campaigns, coordinate website and social updates, and manage volunteers to ensure that every message reflects our mission of restoring marriages and inspires meaningful engagement with our community.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Communications & Campaigns • Develop and execute a unified communications strategy that aligns with MarriageTeam's mission and goals. • Plan and manage digital and print campaigns, including donor appeals, newsletters, fundraising, and social media initiatives. 2. Content & Digital Management • Produce, edit, and oversee all external communications: newsletters, donor appeals, impact reports, promotional materials, and social media. • Maintain and update the website, YouTube channel, and social platforms with optimized, engaging content. • Track analytics and engagement metrics to continually improve performance and reach. 3. CRM & Email Marketing • Manage email marketing and CRM systems, including audience segmentation, campaign rollout, and performance tracking. • Leverage digital marketing expertise (SEO, email campaigns, social media strategy, digital ads) to maximize impact. 4. Volunteer Coordination • Recruit, guide, and oversee volunteers supporting communications efforts such as graphic design, writing, and social media. • Provide direction and training to ensure quality and timely contributions.
Qualifications
Required: • Alignment with MarriageTeam's Christian, faith-based mission and willingness to provide prayerful support. • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field. • Minimum 5 years' experience in communications, marketing, or nonprofit development. • Strong writing and editing skills adaptable to multiple audiences. • Experience managing volunteers in communications projects. • Expertise in digital marketing: SEO, social media, email campaigns, and performance analytics. • Proficiency with AI tools for content creation and productivity. Preferred: • Familiarity with nonprofit development, donor cultivation, and fundraising campaigns. • Experience with graphic design or multimedia content (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite). • Experience with donor management systems such as ACT! CRM, DonorSnap, or similar.
