The Congregational Care Pastor will oversee the Congregational Care, Assimilation, and Missions Ministries of the church. The Congregational Care Ministry ensures each church member is known, loved, and cared for. The Assimilation Ministry welcomes, orients, and integrates new members into the life of the church. The Missions Ministry oversees the church's missions efforts, both locally and globally, ensuring alignment with the church's mission and vision.
