Responsibilities

• Lead worship with excellence and purpose.
• Manage sound and stage equipment for quality worship.
• Recruit and train worship and production volunteers.
• Schedule and coordinate worship services in advance.
• Guide youth worship experiences.
• Collaborate with staff to meet church vision.
• Foster community and growth within worship teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Christian faith.
• Proven experience in contemporary worship leadership.
• Technical skill with worship tech and equipment.
• Strong leadership in team building and mentorship.
