Position Overview The Coordinator for EveryEthne plays a vital role in keeping our ministry operations organized and efficient. This person will be a key partner in helping the EveryEthne leadership team achieve ministry priorities and will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a diverse team are essential.

What You'll Do

  • Execute the vision of the EveryEthne Executive Directors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external inquiries regarding missions in North America and internal communications between ABWE International Headquarters and EveryEthne.
  • Support missionary recruitment and onboarding in partnership with the Mobilization Department.
  • Build and maintain relationships with pastors, churches, and partners, including follow-up from Church Solutions Conferences and other events.
  • Coordinate communications, including newsletters, website content, blogs, and event promotion, maintaining a consistent brand voice in tandem with ABWE's Communications team.
  • Manage accounts, payments, and related administrative processes for various EveryEthne programs.
  • Organize and support ministry events at International Headquarters, including logistics, materials, and shipping.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and assist with assessment reports for churches.
  • Maintain and update RMS (Rock) with accurate contact and missionary information.
  • Assist in evaluating new tools and resources to enhance ministry effectiveness.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Description

Job Summary/Primary Role: The Coordinator for EveryEthne will assist in keeping the operations and activities of the EveryEthne ministries organized, ensuring that the team priorities are met. Excellent communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to work independently and help leadership shape the direction of the team will be priorities in this role High capacity to organize and complete work in a fast-paced and changing environment will be necessary. The Coordinator will focus on implementing the various ministries of EveryEthne.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Execute the vision set by the Executive Directors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact when external inquiries are made at ABWE regarding missions in North America.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between the International Headquarters and EveryEthne.
  • Assist the EveryEthne Executive Director of Missionary Development in the recruitment of new missionaries, in partnership with the Mobilization Department.
  • Organize and implement the onboarding of new missionaries assigned to EveryEthne.
  • Make connections with pastors and organize the strategy for follow-up with the Church Solutions Conferences.
  • Manage communications to missionaries, pastors, and partners.
  • Coordinate the creation, editing, and scheduling of website content, blog articles, and newsletter campaigns, maintaining a cohesive brand voice and messaging strategy across digital and print materials.
  • Manage accounts, including monitoring payment schedules, and following up on overdue invoices for MAP/SFA/ELA and Heart, Mind & Soul.
  • Oversee and execute organization of events held by EveryEthne at the International Headquarters.
  • Manage ordering, shipping, and mailing of all conference materials.
  • Conduct research and assist in assembling assessment reports for churches.
  • Collaborate with other ministries to execute communications with events or initiatives.
  • Orchestrate mass mailing campaigns, including email newsletters and promotional materials, to engage support for EveryEthne.
  • Research and compile data on personal contacts for invitation to future conferences.
  • Update Rock (RMS) with any new information for EveryEthne's contacts and networks.
  • Collect missionary data and communicate changes to the proper International Headquarters staff.
  • Investigate and assess future tools and resources.
  • Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned.

Qualifications: Ability to pass background check and all necessary clearances as mandated by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Education: Associate's Degree in Business, Management, Ministry, or related field.

Minimum Prior Experience Required: Working with a team to implement and operate projects, develop strategy, and effectively communicate both internally and externally.
