Miracle Farm is seeking a Cornerstone Residency Director to lead and steward a Christ-centered residential program for young men in a critical season of growth and transition. This role exists to create a structured, supportive environment where residents deepen their faith, develop life skills, and prepare for life beyond Miracle Farm. The Director serves as a trusted leader and mentor, helping residents thrive spiritually, personally, and relationally while strengthening connections with families, churches, and the local community.

Position SUMMARY

The Residency Director is responsible for all aspects of the Cornerstone Residency. They will walk with the residents through their cornerstone year serving as a leader, discipler, and administrator for all aspects of the program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

SKILL BASED COMPETENCIES

Accurately, efficiently, and effectively perform the following:

Program Leadership

• Help implement and teach formation classes to Cornerstone Residents
• Plan, oversee, and execute all program LTE's (Life Transforming Experiences)
• Speak in Chapel and at young adult gatherings as needed.
• Ensure residents are fulfilling program commitments and obligations
• Recruit Miracle Farm Seniors to program

Cornerstone Home Management

• Ensure the home is clean, organized, and safe environment for residents.
• Oversee grocery budget and meal planning
• Work with facility manager for proper maintenance and upkeep of home
• Work to resolve any conflict or disagreements between residents

Life Coach

• Work with Miracle Farm Case Manager to ensure each residents progress towards their goals.
• Monitor the financial planning and progress of each resident
• Monitor residents relationship with employer and give guidance as needed
• Serve as a guide for the relationships in each residents life
• Monitor the educational goals and progress of each resident
• Help each resident prepare for life after cornerstone
• Participate in plan of service meetings
• Communicate with residents families as needed concerning the progress or challenges of each resident.

Community Partner

• Work with local churches to help advocate for and promote the Cornerstone Residency
• Help lead or take part in a young adult ministry gathering for local college students in Brenham
• Speak to churches or community partners as needed

Miracle Farm Responsibilities

• Fulfill any responsibilities on the Miracle Farm Ranch or program as assigned by the President

KEY REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS

• A compelling example of a Christ centered young man with a heart for discipleship
• Agreement with the Miracle Farm and CAHM statement of faith
• A high school diploma
• Male
• Bachelors degree in a related field preferred
• Pursuing a ministry leadership masters degree or seminary a big plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Outside work required
• Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis
