Cottage Staff come along side our youth and help maintain a structured and loving environment in a residential setting.  Cottage staff seek to have Christ-centered relationships with our students and are committed to encouraging, empowering , and equipping them to work towards family reconciliation and building a Biblical worldview.

Job Description

The Cottage schedule shifts and runs 3:30-10:30 Monday – Friday with some weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor youth at all times during shift
• Educate and maintain consistency of expectations
• Room compliance checks
• Person and personal effects safety searches
• Drug screens
• Assign and grade chores and tasks
• Support youth in crisis
• Transport to and from church, events, and serving opportunities

Qualifications:

• Looking for 25 years old or older
• Attends a local church
• Connects well with youth
• Able to do physical activities
• Willing to support youth in a crisis
