Pritchard Church in South End, Charlotte is seeking a dynamic and spiritually-grounded individual to serve as our creative arts pastor who will embody Pritchard's passion to Be the Presence of Christ Today. This role is instrumental in leading our congregation in worship, developing and mentoring musicians, and ensuring a seamless audio and visual experience for our church community. The ideal candidate will be pastoral in nature, actively fostering connections within the congregation and the surrounding community, while also demonstrating proficiency musicianship and various instruments.
