Cross-Cultural HR Professional (Short-Term Mission Assignment)

For over 23 years, Glory Reborn Organization has been bringing Healthy Families & Hopeful Hearts to women and children in Cebu, Philippines. What began as a small vision has grown into a Christ-centered medical mission with a dedicated team of 60 local staff. We provide compassionate healthcare while empowering local leaders.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Cross-Cultural HR Professional to join us for a minimum three-month assignment. This is a unique opportunity to strengthen our organization by developing sustainable HR systems, mentoring local staff, and establishing a strong foundation for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize an HR Information System (HRIS)
- Develop and manage digital staff scheduling across multiple departments
- Identify and coordinate international staff training and professional development opportunities
- Mentor, coach, and provide biblical discipleship to local personnel
- Build and strengthen HR processes from recruitment through retirement
- Review and update the organization's Manual of Operations and HR policies
- Train and equip the local HR team for long-term success
Qualifications
- Experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager, or HR Director
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, policies, and HR best practices
- Experience working in international, cross-cultural, nonprofit, or mission settings is highly desirable
- Passion for mentoring, leadership development, and building local capacity
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Alignment with Glory Reborn Organization's Christ-centered mission and values
