Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with current and prospective customers
  • Answer questions about our products and services
  • Maintain regular contact with clients before, during, and after their events
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics and resolve issues
  • Answer the phone, take accurate notes, and relay messages when needed
  • Organize and update client records, schedules, and communications using digital platforms such as Pipedrive, Finale, Shopify, Jotform
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Set up online sales and web portals for clients
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Understanding of the unique needs of the Christian community

Compensation and Benefits:

  • This is a permanent, full-time, salaried position; 40 hours per week

Job Description: As a Data Entry and Customer Experience Representative, you'll be a key part of our daily operations, helping us serve schools and churches across the region. You'll help manage customer communication, coordinate logistics, and support book fair execution. This role works closely with all other departments to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers from start to finish.

You will be responsible for accurately inputting and actively managing data across various systems in all phases of a book fair. A strong understanding of technology is essential—this role requires the ability to learn new computer programs quickly and use them proficiently to support day-to-day operations.

This role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a self-motivated attitude. You may work independently at times, so being reliable and proactive is essential. Experience is helpful but not required!
