Job Overview

SolaSupport team members enjoy onboarding new users, solving user issues, improving internal processes (tutorials, workflows, etc.), and working on improvements with the development team.

Job Description

  • Onboard new clients to the SolaSites platform.
  • Respond daily to support tickets and work to bring them to a resolution in a timely manner.
  • Spend a planned amount of time optimizing processes and our online support documentation (with videos and text).
  • Be an advocate for our clients by working alongside them to understand their goals and requirements so that you can guide them as an informed representative of the SolaSites platform.
  • Responding quickly and delightfully to clients through all channels (mainly live chat, sometimes phone)
  • Nurture relationships with our wonderful clients to make sure they’re finding as much value in our platform as possible.
  • Understanding and prioritizing resolution on escalated customer issues.
  • Articulating insights from our customers to our product, development, and marketing teams to help shape SolaSites into an industry leader.
  • Communicate client’s graphics and logos preferences to design team.

 

Nice to haves:

  • Tech savvy, with an interest to learn new things
  • Working knowledge of WordPress.
  • Working knowledge of HTML & CSS or willingness to acquire these skills
  • Social media marketing skills (i.e. Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate via email and phone in a warm, positive, kind, and supportive tone.
  • Entrepreneurial drive.
