Job Overview

Christ Our Redeemer Seminary is seeking a Dean of Mentoring to provide spiritual, theological, and administrative leadership for the CORS mentoring program and Biblical Counseling Department. The Dean of Mentoring will recruit, train, coach, and supervise mentors and the mentoring program, as well as develop and lead a biblical counseling department that includes a certificate program, an ABC certification program, and a master's degree program.

This is a full-time position. Gross salary will be $75,000 – $90,000 depending upon education and experience. More details about the compensation package will be provided later in the hiring process.
