Job Description:
We're seeking a dynamic and driven professional to help manage and enhance the digital experiences on our portfolio of web and mobile applications. As the Digital Learning Platforms Manager, you'll collaborate with the Director of Digital Learning Platforms to optimize learning experiences and drive user engagement across our global audience. You'll partner with our team to ensure our content platforms meet the needs of our learners and constituents and help fuel our mission. User Experience: Champion the voice of our users, driving impactful engagement and learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to shape the strategic vision for Ligonier's learning platforms, focusing on growing our user base and increasing engagement with our content.
- Work closely with designers and developers to design and refine learning and engagement experiences that resonate with our target personas.
- Analyze user interactions and journeys, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement in content, design, and system performance.
- Leverage analytics and user feedback to gain insights and ensure the voice of the customer is integral to platform enhancements.
- Optimize our search, navigation, and content recommendation features to better serve our audience.
- Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to transform ideas and needs into clear problem statements and specifications for designers and developers.
- Act as the liaison between business/user objectives and technical execution, ensuring projects align with ministry goals and deliver meaningful results.
- Lead the creation and execution of user acceptance tests for software releases on our websites and mobile apps, ensuring that acceptance criteria are well-defined and aligned with business goals.
- Work with test participants and key stakeholders to ensure successful testing phases and seamless deployments.
- Conduct research and evaluation of new software solutions that address challenges and enhance the ministry's impact.
- Collaborate with internal and external development teams to test, prototype, and roll out innovative solutions that elevate the digital learning experience.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business, computer science, or similar preferred.
- 3+ years of experience working in digital product management and/or user experience on websites and mobile apps.
- Experience in user acceptance testing, quality assurance testing, or business analysis.
- Experience using data and analytics to inform decisions
- Highly organized with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to partner with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to affirm Ligonier's General Statement of Faith and Standards of Conduct.
