This team member is a key asset to our organization, as they provide leadership for Worldlink's Development Team and take responsibility for the ministry-wide initiatives that position us to receive and steward increasing resources. These efforts aim to support ever-larger missionary teams and drive greater impact.

Job Description

• Take ownership, under the President, for the ministry's development functions aligned with Worldlink's recognized development philosophy.

• Continually update the Worldlink Development Plan according to the Worldlink ethos and culture of Development.

• Strategize and address the needs of Donors to Retain, Donors to Regain, Donors to Recruit and Donors to Release.

• Lead the Development Team (and other Worldlink team members as available) to meet goals and tasks required for development success.

• Oversee and guarantee best use of the NEON Relationship Management System and the Development Team's effective use of ClickUp Project Management System.

• Personally liaise with donors in large-group, small-group and face-to-face meetings to build real relationships, help them see what God is doing through indigenous missionaries in the world's most challenging places, and invite them to have the impact only they can have to support the spread of the Gospel among unreached people groups.
