Lexington Avenue Baptist Church is seeking a personable, Christ-centered individual who has been called to minister to children and families. As the Director of Children and Families, you will develop and lead programs and activities that promote the spiritual formation of children from nursery to 5th grade and which equip parents to fulfill their responsibility as spiritual leaders of the family.

You should be able to work independently as well as part of a ministry team, with strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills. You will oversee a small team of paid nursery staff, but your work will be supported primarily by a committed, multigenerational body of believers eager to serve as volunteers, participants, and prayer partners. Your work will take you from the halls of the church to supper tables, hospital bedsides, ball games, summer camp, and back again.
