FBC Mandeville is seeking a part-time Director of Children's Discipleship (20-25 hours per week with the opportunity to increase). FBC Mandeville is running 325 in worship across two worship services, and we are steadily growing. Our "First Kids" ministry is thriving:

* VBS 2025 = 220 children and 100 volunteers

* Weekly Life Group = 115 children enrolled and 65 children on average. We have around 100 volunteers who help at least once/month in the children's ministry.

* We currently have a preschool wing with 7 classrooms and an elementary wing with 8 classrooms.

* FBC Mandeville is growing, and we are in the middle of a long-range planning process.

* FBC Mandeville also has a part-time Assistant Director of Children's Discipleship on staff.
