Job DescriptionThe Director of Children's Ministries must be fully committed to leading the church's efforts in engaging and equipping children to be followers of Christ and servants in their homes, schools, community, and the world. The Director will oversee the spiritual development of Children's Ministries at First Baptist Church of Cold Spring (Nursery-5th Grade). The Director is responsible for programming, processes, and other requisites for Children's Ministries. He or She will work closely with the pastoral staff to integrate family-oriented discipleship and parent involvement while ministering to this age group and will provide input for the church vision, strategy, program development, and evaluation. The Director of Children's Ministries reports directly to the Senior Pastor.

As Director of Children's Ministries at First Baptist Church of Cold Spring, you will be required to carry out duties and functions in a way that provides a focus on loving Jesus, and loving children all while creating a warm, welcoming, fun creative, and engaging environment for children and families.
