As a vital member of our senior staff team, you will help shape the organizational and financial health of a thriving, gospel-centered Anglican church (member of the Anglican Church in North America). This role is ideal for someone who brings both integrity and clarity to complex systems and finds joy in creating structures that support ministry growth and spiritual flourishing.

The DCO oversees governance, finances, compliance, facilities, and administration—working closely with the Vicar, Trustees, and ministry leaders to ensure alignment with our mission and values.
