Job Title: Director of Expansion Location: Crossover Global Office, Columbia, SC Reports To: Vice President of Global Expansion Date of Availability: Immediately Schedule: Full-Time 40 hrs/wk
Summary: The Director of Expansion is responsible for leading strategies and teams that recruit new partners, mobilizers, pioneer church planters, and volunteers into service within the organization's mission framework. This includes overseeing mobilization staff, developing and implementing recruitment plans, cultivating partnerships, and ensuring effective communication and relational development with prospective candidates and partners within the assigned region.
Primary Responsibilities: – Build & maintain relationships for local church engagement in assigned region – Plan, budget & communicate mobilization opportunities with the VP of Expansion – Identify, recruit, train, & deploy pioneer church planters to serve among UUPGs – Cast the vision among local churches to raise awareness of UPGs & UUPGs – Coordinate logistics of mobilization events & access trips (travel, training, etc) – Explore potential partnerships in pioneer church planting within assigned region – Produce strategic reports (monthly or as VP of Expansion requests)
Qualifications: – Must have a personal relation with Christ and agree with Crossover Global's statement of faith – Reflect personal and public integrity in line with Biblical principles – Capable of working on cross-cultural teams – Capable to work with international leaders – Be able to communicate with people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures – Willing and able to work with others in the decision-making process – Competent in planning and prioritizing tasks – Calm under pressure and patient with processes – Strong interpersonal skills

Compensation: This is a 40-hour-per-week, support-raised position
