RESPONSIBILITIES
- Worship Planning & Collaboration – Work closely with the senior pastor to develop worship liturgy, selecting biblically grounded hymns, songs, and readings that align with the sermon text.
- Music Leadership & Direction – Lead and direct music for worship services, including overseeing the choir, worship team, and instrumental accompaniment.
- Volunteer & Team Coordination – Recruit, equip, and shepherd musicians, choir members, and technical team volunteers to enhance worship participation.
- Special Services & Programs – Plan and implement liturgy for special services (e.g., Christmas Eve, Good Friday) and work towards developing youth and children's choir programs.
- Technical & Administrative Oversight – Manage the music ministry budget, maintain church instruments, oversee A/V needs, and ensure the accuracy of worship guides and media projections.
