Job Description

Develop and articulate a clear vision for West Side Students aligned with West Side's overall mission/vision.

Provide strong leadership to a team of volunteer leaders of various ages and stages.

Design and implement programs, events, and activities for youth and young adults.

Ensure that events are aligned with the spiritual and physical needs of each group.

Facilitate opportunities for spiritual growth, discipleship, and biblical education for youth and young adults.

Implement strategies to help the next gen develop a strong foundation in faith.

Recruit, train, and empower a team of volunteer leaders to effectively serve.

Foster positive relationships with parents and families of youth and young adults, keeping them informed and involved in the discipleship of their children.
