Job Description

Director of Nursing Role Summary

The Director of Nursing serves as a spiritual and clinical leader within PCC, modeling a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a steadfast commitment to the value of every human life. This role supports the ministry's vision by fostering a culture of compassionate care, ensuring excellence in nursing practice, patient services, and team collaboration across all clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Operations & Leadership: Provides leadership and operational oversight for clinic services by collaborating with directors to enhance programs, maintaining policy compliance and staff training, integrating spiritual practices, coordinating schedules and volunteer engagement, and ensuring regulatory adherence in alignment with PCC's mission.

Patient Care – Pregnancy Testing & Ultrasound: Provides compassionate, protocol-driven patient care through pregnancy testing, limited ultrasounds, education, referrals, and prenatal support, while ensuring accurate and confidential documentation.

Medical Services & Compliance

Ensures clinical quality and operational efficiency through chart audits, equipment upkeep, staff record management, coordinated training, and effective use of data systems for patient, staff, and donor oversight.

Training & Continuing Education

Upholds professional standards through ongoing certification, training, and active participation in medical meetings, ensuring compliance with state and licensing requirements.

Qualifications & Attributes

Experience

• Must have a minimum of 2 years in a management or leadership role.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years in Obstetrics or Women's Health.
• Must have a BSN or MSN.
